Willard S. Beck Grave Marker

This grave marker, which is at Hackensack Cemetery, located at 289 Hackensack Avenue Hackensack, New Jersey, reveals that Willard S. Beck served in the U.S. Coast Artillery during World War II and rose to the rank of Major. Willard S. Beck, while being old for the draft in 1941 at the age of 26, he died at the young age of only 35. 

Willard S. Beck was not on the Original Wall Unit List, which is in Hackensack High School, but this confirms his connection to Hackensack by being buried within its borders since passing and forevermore.
